Instructions:
1) Import DNA sequences from fasta file or click "Input New Part" to create customized DNA parts, dynamic parts, or import from a library of parts
2) Drag-and-drop DNA parts to re-arrange as desired, or drag into the "Delete Sequences" box on bottom to delete
3) Use the buttons on the bottom to delete the entire map, save the map as an XML file, or load the XML files back in
4) Click the "Settings" button on the left to upload your desired backbone sequence, change the Golden Gate assembly type,
adjust primer optimization settings, or choose other method-specific settings
5) When ready, click "Assemble" to design the primers and modified DNA sequences according to the chosen assembly method
